Refund policy

All fabrics and hand-dyed products are offered for pre-order only.  Wait times are long and can be many months and even over a year in some cases.  

Contact us before placing an order if you want to know about current average wait times.  Keep in mind that an average wait time is just that - an average.  Some people wait much less time and some wait much more.  

Larger orders take longer as more colors need to be dyed - keep that in mind and consider breaking large orders into smaller orders; it will allow some fabric to be shipped sooner, as it is dyed, rather than waiting for all of the colors in an order to be dyed.  

All orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  

Monitors vary.  While every effort has been made to accurately represent a color, variations do occur.  What we do here at Oak Crown Studios is as much an art as a science, and colors and their placement will vary from piece to piece.  If you want to see the particular piece of fabric you are buying, please consider shopping in person at one of our retreats or take advantage of our "face-to-face" shopping option by using the contact us form on this website.  We can schedule a time to shop via video call so you can see colors of pieces that are already dyed.

Kindness is important to us here at Oak Crown Studios.  Verbal and written abuse of our staff will not be tolerated and may result in us cancelling or refusing your order.
